1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Linse AI ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linse AI provides competitive intelligence software that scrapes publicly available user reviews from app stores (such as Google Play) and synthesizes qualitative data into executive product teardowns, pain point rankings, and App Store Optimization (ASO) keyword opportunities using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts & Fair Use

To use paid or persistent features, you must sign in via Supabase authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activities under your account. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure.

4. Credit Purchases & Payment Processing

Linse AI operates on digital credit plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Payments are securely processed via our Merchant of Record partner, DodoPayments. Prices are clearly listed on our checkout page in USD ($). Once credits are purchased, they are deposited into your account profile for report generation.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intelligence reports generated for your account are yours to view, download, export, and utilize for internal product strategy. Linse AI retains all proprietary rights to its core code, algorithms, visual interface, and branding.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% data fidelity, reviews are sourced from public third-party stores. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the intelligence reports.
